Cooking
I have chopped 5 lbs. celery, 5 lbs. potatoes, 1 lb. broccoli, 2 bulbs of garlic, 2 lbs. onions, 1/2 lb. shallots and baked a loaf oatmeal, wheat & honey bread. All organic and very yummy. And when Zane got up from his nap we baked oatmeal chocolate chip cranberry cookies!!
So all that chopping turned into a large quantity of cream of celery soup AND potato broccoli cheddar soup which I just don't know what to do with!!! I just had so much loading up in my frig that i just had to go a little "ape" on it!!! AND of course it lead to so much more!
So it just felt so crazy not to share... hope all is well with all....
I am all about the soups as you can tell... when your frig gets overwhelmed... turn it into SOUP!!!

And MORE Rockin' Zane!!!
Amazing. Yes, thank you.
Also, we ate ice cream sandwiches together today and he told me that it was "Licioudis" (delicous). So cute. Had to share it.
Zane's Song
Ever since I took Zane to the Earth Day Festival this weekend and saw about three bands perform, Zane has been setting up HIS stage. It always is the hula hoop which he stands in and plays his guitar. Also, he ALWAYS has to have his drink in front of him (you can see that in the video) because one of the guys that was playing his guitar on stage was looking for and drinking from his drink that he had sitting in front of him. Now, Zane the Performer always has to have his beverage ready and waiting during his performances. He is always making up songs now which is totally fun and cute. He can also now sing the Itsy Bitsy Spider from beginning to end with no help from Mommy. Watch out Nashville!!!
Hopefully I will find time here and there to post more pics from the last couple months. I have so many good ones which also means that we have just been so busy just having so much fun! Lots of play and beach time and TONS of catching up with my boy time which is just so wonderful! Hope to let you all in on my fun times once I get enough alone time to post more!!

HAPPY BUNNY DAY
Dying eggs with Gramps and Grandma this week in Lakeland.
("Ummm, how do you do this stuff?")
Leaving the eggs and carrots out for the Easter Bunny.
Enjoying a jelly bean and Reeses Peanut Butter Egg breakfast in bed with Mommy and Daddy! He was so kind to come share with us!
Hunting for Easter eggs.
Even Buddha enjoyed Easter.
My first knitting projects (besides washclothes, of course). Grandma Beth was a BIG help on the eggs while we were visiting. I learned so much from her and can not wait to learn more (be warned Beth, I may always show up with a project now!) (She knitted one of them... the good lookin' one of course!)
