New Hampshire: North Conway Train Ride

We went for a train ride!!!

Conway Scenic Railroad

Gettin' tickets.

Zane giving the conductor his ticket.

How awesome is this picture??

Checking out the tickets some more.

When the whistle blew, it was way too loud for Zane. So, we got him to cover his ears every time. It worked!

Half way through the train ride we stopped so that the engine could move to the other end and take us back. We all ran up to the other end of the train so that Zane could see them hook it up.

New Hampshire: Gone Fishin'

Fishin' Fishin! That is all Zane talked about (besides the lobsters!) before we left. Fishin' with Uncle Ben. Can not blame him. I have done my fair share of fishin' with Uncle Ben in the past and it is always a good time.

The new pack!!!!

We hiked back to Blue Pond (behind their house).

Kaden showed us the way.

Gettin' ready

Trip to Portland, Maine: Children's Museum

Uncle Ben took us to Portland, Maine to check out the Portland Children's Museum.

Ben was disappointed that the astronaut outfit would not fit him.

Checkin' out the control room.

Rock climbing with Uncle Ben. What could be better???

Almost there!

"I am touching the ceiling!" (Looks like he is about to try and climb right up to the ducts!!)

New Hampshire: WELCOME

Off to New Hampshire to FINALLY see Uncle Ben and Aunt Rachael!!

Dinner our first night... enchiladas!!! Yum!

Porch sittin'

"This is where you are now."

Our hike behind their house... it was an amazing little hike. Zane ended up needing to be carried almost the whole time so it was tough but we took turns luggin' him. They have a mini train right next to their house and that was of course awesome for Zane to see everyday!

Their little baby, Kaden...

Finding frogs...

The awesome and amazing snapping turtle...

Look at that tail!

Beautiful deer...

Goin' home.

So, that afternoon, Ben, Rachael and I ran to town. Yes, to town. It is a trip of sorts. But I was on a mission for a pack for Zane. We could not have anymore walkin' around where we are carrying him without any help for the rest of the time. I could not believe it, but we found one at the outfitters store. It is pretty awesome and Zane loves riding in it.

Zane and I taught Rachael how to knit!

Goin' to take Kaden to the dog beach.
